Great service from start to finish. Front desk staff was extremely helpful. The restaurant and Bar staff were also fantastic the quality of food was excellent not something you would expect from a hotel restaurant/bar. Great selection of food and accommodations throughout the hotel were more than expected. Very clean throughout. Great patio area with fire pit nice to sit next to in the cool evening. Overall great experience.

I have been here twice so far and I have not been disappointed. The service is always exceptional. This was a hard weekend dropping my daughter off to college and Hanna, Allison, and Angel were the best in keeping me in good spirits above and beyond the scope of there jobs. This place is beautiful and a perfect place for a quiet getaway. Definitely recommend.

Our room was very clean and had everything I would need, for our stay. The staff was very welcoming, when we came in and though out the entire stay. I had a question about check out and I was able to just text. They answered right away.

Always consistent! The best hotel in the area. They keep up with the maintenance in the rooms and facilities. Great location with a restaurant and bar in the lobby. Friendly staff and always have a great experience.

Rooms were very clean and appropriately stocked (towels, coffee, 2 water bottles, etc.). Service was 5 star, very accommodating and professional. Location was slightly off the beaten path but this is the nicest hotel in Indiana so I'd 100% stay here again. Suggestion: include USB ports in your lamps in rooms for easier charging - not everyone automatically brings a standard outlet adapter to charge devices these days. Ordered breakfast one day, it was mediocre for the pricing at best but edible. Experience would've been slightly better if the smoke alarms didn't go off the last night of my stay but that comes with any hotel stay on occasion.

Stayed here to attend an event at the IUP. This hotel is directly across. That's the plus. Overall the hotel is good but the bedding and linens looked very old. Rooms are ok.
